Castlevania has been one of my favorite series in gaming for as long as I can remember. Always difficult and yet so satisfying their measured pace and dark theme stood out among the early NES library. The series has continued to delight to this day and so it is interesting to look back at the highs and few lows it has gone through. Join me as I revisit one of gaming’s most beloved series as well hope that one day Konami will bless us with another great title. I will be examining the beginning of the series through Curse of Darkness so it should be a pretty wild ride!
